Refund & Cancellation Policy

The online payment once received towards our transportation and delivery services, the same shall not be refunded in an ordinary course of business. However, this policy sets out instances for when a refund/cancellation of the subscription may be sought.

Sometime, the payment could be successful, but the services may not be granted to the users. Some of the common reasons for the above scenario include:

By default, all failed transactions are automatically refunded as per the standard policy of the respective banks. However, for the same to reflect in your account, it may take specific time as per the standard policy of the respective banks which you may check with the respective banks.

Generally, refunds will be reflected within a standard number of days in case of Net Banking/Debit Card Transactions and a standard number of days (next billing cycle) for Credit Card Transactions.

Cancellation Policy

The payments once made by you for our services cannot be canceled for a refund. A subscription may be canceled before the same has been acted upon on the App due to any of the following reasons:

  1. On any of your reasonable requests, provided that the assessment of reasonability of such requests shall be at the sole discretion of the App.
  2. Any reason beyond our control.
  3. Any technical difficulties in payment of the amount, as maybe required.

Returns & Refunds

All refunds shall be made in Indian Rupees only.
